1、 Product Overview:
Single phase remote cost control intelligent energy meter is an intelligent energy metering product developed and produced by our company, suitable for measuring single-phase AC active energy with rated voltage of 220V and frequency of 50Hz. It has an independent modulated infrared optical port and one RS485 communication port, and is equipped with a standard interface for carrier communication module. Multiple carrier communication modules can be optionally configured; Can support cost control function; This table has the advantages of high reliability, high accuracy, and long lifespan. It is suitable for a wide voltage range and does not require adjustment after leaving the factory. It can be widely used in the measurement of single-phase AC power in urban, rural, or factory enterprises.

3、 Functional features:
1. Measurement function
a) It has the function of measuring positive and negative active energy, can store its data, and can set the combination of active energy based on it.
b) It has a time-sharing metering function, which accumulates and stores the total, peak, off peak, and valley electrical energy according to the corresponding time period.
c) Can store total electricity and electricity at various rates for up to 12 months; The data storage boundary time is 24:00 at the end of the month, or the hourly time between the 1st and 28th of each month.
2. Remote cost control function
By using virtual media such as RS485 and carrier waves, electricity meter parameter settings and remote power purchase operations can be achieved.
2.1 Remote cost controlled energy meter
The electricity bill calculation is completed in the remote electricity sales system, and the table does not store or display information related to electricity bills and prices. When receiving instructions for opening, closing, and reading ESAM data from remote power sales systems, the electric energy meter must undergo strict password verification and security authentication.
2.2 Security authentication and encryption requirements
When setting parameters, pre storing electricity fees, writing back information, and issuing remote control commands to an energy meter through solid-state or virtual media, strict password verification or ESAM module security authentication is required to ensure secure and reliable data transmission. The encryption algorithm of ESAM module should comply with the relevant policies of national password management and use SM1 algorithm. During the full performance test or acceptance test of the electric energy meter, a qualified testing agency within the system shall conduct safety certification checks on the data transmission of the electric energy meter, in accordance with the "Technical Specification for Safety Certification of Intelligent Electric Energy Meter Information Exchange".
3. Measurement and monitoring
Capable of measuring, recording, and displaying operational parameters such as voltage, current (including neutral line current), power, and power factor of the current energy meter. The measurement error (citation error) shall not exceed ± 1%.
4. Event record
a) Permanently record the occurrence time of the reset event on the energy meter and the energy data at the time of reset.
b) Record the total number of programming attempts, the time of the last 10 programming attempts, operator code, and data identification of programming items. use
c) Record the total number of calibration times (excluding broadcast calibration), the time of the last 10 calibration times, and the operator code.
d) Record the total number of power outages, as well as the last 10 instances of power outages occurring and ending.
e) Record the last 10 remote control tripping events and the last 10 remote control closing events, and record the time and energy of the tripping and closing events.
f) Record the total number of times the watch cover has been opened, as well as the occurrence and end times of the last 10 watch cover opening events.
5. Display function
a) The energy meter can display the following information:
1) Accumulated monthly electricity consumption for the current month and the previous month;
2) Current tiered electricity pricing;
3) Accumulated electrical energy readings for each rate and total accumulated electrical energy readings;
4) Current time;
5) Alarm code or prompt;
6) Communication status prompt;
7) The meter number of the electric energy meter.
b) The unit of electricity display is kilowatt hours (kWh), with 8 digits including 2 decimal places.
c) LCD backlight wake-up methods, including button wake-up, infrared wake-up (any infrared device can be woken up), etc; Under normal use, the lifespan of LCD is not less than 10 years.
d) When there is a power outage, the display can be awakened by pressing the button (the backlight may not light up); If there is no operation after waking up, the LCD should automatically turn off after one cycle of automatic display; The button display will automatically turn off after 30 seconds of operation.
e) Indicator light: Pulse indicator light: red, usually off, flashing when measuring active energy;
- Alarm indicator light: red, off during normal operation, constantly on during alarm.
Trip indicator light: yellow, on when the load switch is disconnected and off normally.
6. Alarm function
When the following faults or alarm items occur, the LCD immediately stays on the code or gives an alarm prompt, and the backlight continues to light up;
Display error message code (represented by Err-XX):
1) Err-01 control circuit error;
2) Err-02 ESAM error;
3) Err-04 clock battery voltage is low;
4) Err-08 clock malfunction;
5) Err-10 authentication error;
6) Err-16 modification key error.
7. Freeze function
Timed freezing: Freeze electrical energy data according to the agreed time and interval; Each frozen amount should be saved at least 12 times.
Instant freeze: Freeze the current calendar, time, all electrical energy, and important measurement data under abnormal conditions; The instantaneous freezing amount should save the data from the last 3 times.
Agreed freeze: Freeze the energy and other important data at the time of conversion between new and old rates/time periods, tiered electricity price conversion, or when the power company deems it necessary, and save the last two frozen data.
Daily freeze: stores the electrical energy at midnight every day and should be able to store data for two months.
Whole hour freeze: stores the total active energy at the hour or half hour, and should be able to store 96 data points.
The frozen content and corresponding data identification should comply with the requirements of DL/T 645-2007 and its filing documents.
8. Timing function
Adopting a built-in hardware clock circuit with temperature compensation function, featuring calendar, timing, and automatic leap year conversion functions; The output frequency of the internal clock terminal is 1Hz. Within the temperature range of -25 to+60 ℃, the clock accuracy is ≤± 1s/d; At a reference temperature of 23 ℃, the clock accuracy is ≤± 0.5/s/d.
The acceptable broadcasting time range of the electric energy meter shall not exceed 5 minutes; Broadcast school time does not require programming keys and communication passwords to work together; The number of times allowed for daily calibration can be set according to requirements (default is only one calibration per day), and should be avoided within 5 minutes before and after freezing or transferring settlement data to the energy meter.
9. Pulse output
The electric energy meter has LED pulses and electric pulse output functions that are proportional to the measured electrical energy. The characteristics of the optical testing output device comply with the requirements of GB/T17215.211-2006. The characteristics of the electrical test output device comply with the requirements of GB/T15284-2002. The electric energy meter has a clock signal output terminal. The output frequency of the clock terminal is 1Hz.
